Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct initial assessments and thorough evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans based on clients’ needs and goals. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that approaches are customized for each situation. \n
- Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to clients’ varying needs. \n
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver comprehensive, holistic care for our clients. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with ethical standards, legal requirements, and organizational policies. \n
- Stay informed of current research and advancements in mental health practices by attending ongoing professional development opportunities and workshops. \n
You will engage with a diverse client population from various backgrounds, addressing an array of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Our outpatient model enables you to work with clients on an appointment basis, accommodating their specific scheduling needs while ensuring a responsive and client-centered approach to therapy.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. \n
- Must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania. \n
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing counseling services, ideally within a clinical setting. \n
- Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practices. \n
- Demonstrated ability to build therapeutic relationships and communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. \n
- Proficient with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related software programs. \n

- Specialization in trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, and/or couples counseling is highly desirable. \n
- Experience collaborating with other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team is a plus. \n
- Track record of staying current on mental health trends and participating in workshops or training sessions. \n

- Competitive salary range of USD 80,000–100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. \n
