In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to our customers, addressing all of their queries. Responsibilities
- Assist experienced agents in delivering top-notch service.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with agents to perform comprehensive policy reviews.
- Help inform clients about available insurance options and their benefits.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork.
- Training and Skill Development
- Continuously expand your insurance knowledge and sales expertise.
Requirements
- A Property Casualty insurance license is preferred, willing to train and licensing assistance available
- A Life Health Insurance license is preferred, willing to train and licensing assistance available
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
