Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications\n5+ years of experience managing IT or technology projects in a complex enterprise environment.\nExperience managing projects across multiple IT disciplines rather than within one highly specialized application area.\nFamiliarity with IT infrastructure and/or cybersecurity projects.\nStrong understanding of the IT project lifecycle from planning through implementation and operational transition.\nDemonstrated experience managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resources.\nExperience coordinating technical teams and translating project information for nontechnical stakeholders.\nStrong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects with changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications\nPMP certification strongly preferred.\nHealthcare IT experience preferred.\nExperience managing cybersecurity, infrastructure, network, cloud, data center, hardware, or technology modernization projects.\nExperience working with third-party technology vendors.\nExperience working within both traditional Waterfall and Agile/Hybrid project environments.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a variety of technology initiatives across the organization. This individual will work across multiple IT functions, with projects likely spanning cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, systems, technology upgrades, and other enterprise IT initiatives.\n\nThe ideal candidate is a strong IT generalist who can quickly understand new projects, bring structure to complex initiatives, coordinate technical teams and business stakeholders, and drive projects from planning through implementation.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nManage multiple IT projects from initiation and planning through execution, implementation, and closeout.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.\nLead projects across a variety of IT areas, including cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, systems, and enterprise technology.\nCoordinate cross-functional technical teams, business stakeholders, leadership, vendors, and other project resources.\nFacilitate project meetings and ensure action items, decisions, risks, and dependencies are clearly documented and communicated.\nProactively identify project risks, roadblocks, and resource constraints and drive them toward resolution.\nTrack project progress against established timelines and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.\nManage project scope and communicate the impact of changes to timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.\nPartner with technical subject matter experts while maintaining ownership of overall project execution.\nManage third-party vendors and technology partners as needed.\nEnsure projects are transitioned successfully from implementation into operational support.\nSupport multiple projects simultaneously while effectively managing competing priorities.
