This client-facing role is responsible for understanding clients’ business needs and managing full project deployments from discovery through implementation, cutover, hypercare, and post-cutover support. The Project Manager will oversee project timelines, budgets, risks, communications, and deliverables to drive client satisfaction, effective implementation practices, and project profitability.
