Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to laboring mothers and postpartum care for mothers and newborns.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient vital signs and labor progress effectively.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
• Manage patient care with accurate documentation in Epic or similar systems.
• Participate in rotating weekend and holiday shifts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, and safety, and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN Licensure required upon submission.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum care preferred.
• Certification in NRP, BLS, and EFM is required; ACLS and STABLE certifications are preferred.
• Experience with Epic or equivalent charting systems is preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays.
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines are required; exemptions considered for medical/religious reasons.
