Pediatric Dentist Opportunity – Richmond, VA Suburb (Midlothian)

We are currently seeking a full-time Pediatric Dentist to join a well-established and thriving pediatric dental practice located in Midlothian, VA , a vibrant and growing suburb of Richmond.

About the Practice

• Busy pediatric-focused practice with 7 years of strong community presence

• Modern, child-friendly environment featuring:

  • 5 open hygiene bays , 2 private operatories , and 1 dedicated surgery room

  • TVs and computers in every room to enhance patient experience

  • State-of-the-art technology including intraoral scanners , 3D printers , digital panoramic , and CBCT imaging

• 3 dedicated OR days per month for hospital-based cases

• Supportive, well-trained clinical and administrative team

• Current provider is relocating, creating an excellent opportunity for a motivated pediatric dentist to step into a well-run, high-demand practice

Schedule & Structure

• 4-day work week : Monday through Thursday

• No weekends

• Autonomy and flexibility within a collaborative environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Open to both W2 employment or 1099 contractor models

• Full benefits package available, including health, malpractice, CE, and more (for W2)
