The unit consists of a specific number of beds with defined patient ratios. Staffing includes unit secretaries and tech availability to support nursing staff. Candidates should be familiar with the type of equipment utilized on the unit. Knowledge of the documentation system in use is essential. Scheduling requirements must be adhered to as per unit policies. Familiarity with the floating policy is important for adaptability. Candidates should understand patient experience requirements relevant to the unit. Certifications required must be obtained prior to starting the position.
