Many of our employees have built long-term careers with us because we believe in treating our associates with respect, appreciation, and genuine care.Compensation & BenefitsPay: Starting at $15+ per hour, depending on experienceBenefits Include:Marriott hotel discounts for you, your friends, and familyOpportunities for growth and advancementSupportive team environmentScheduleThis is a part-time position with a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.What You'll DoAs a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our hotel and play a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional stay.Responsibilities include:Greeting guests with a warm, professional, and friendly attitudeManaging guest check-ins and check-outs efficientlyAnswering phone calls and responding to guest inquiriesAssisting guests with requests, concerns, and special accommodationsProcessing reservations and payments accuratelyMaintaining knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractionsCollaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfactionProviding outstanding customer service throughout every guest interactionQualificationsPreferred:Previous hotel, hospitality, retail, or customer service experienceRequired:Excellent customer service and communication skillsPositive attitude and professional appearanceAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysBasic computer skillsDependable attendance and strong work ethicNo hotel experience?
