Consultant

Role Description This is a full-time Consultant role with a hybrid work arrangement that allows a combination of on‑site presence and work‑from‑home flexibility. The Consultant will collaborate with leadership to design and refine programs that communicate the teachings and values of the Holy Books to diverse audiences. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing findings, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for educational content, outreach strategies, and community initiatives. The Consultant will facilitate workshops or discussion sessions, support strategic planning, and contribute to the development of tools, frameworks, and resources that help individuals deepen their spiritual understanding and personal growth. The role also involves regular reporting on project progress, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Strong analytical and consulting skills, including problem‑solving, research design, data interpretation, and the ability to develop clear, actionable recommendations. Experience in program design and evaluation, with the ability to structure curricula, workshops, or educational initiatives for diverse and global audiences. Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and facilitation of group discussions or workshops. Demonstrated cultural and interfaith sensitivity, with an interest in or familiarity with the Qur’an, the Bible, and broader spiritual or ethical traditions. Project management abilities, including planning, prioritization, coordination of multiple workstreams, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment. Ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid setting, working both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team in Boston, MA. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Religious Studies, Theology, Philosophy, Psychology, Education, Social Sciences, or related disciplines), or equivalent practical experience.
