Work You’ll Do As a Senior Manager, Solution Management on the Oracle team, you will be responsible for… Lead the delivery of large, complex Oracle programs and solutions, ensuring alignment to client business objectives, technology strategy, scope, timeline, quality, and expected outcomes.Serve as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact for client executives, translating business priorities into practical Oracle solution and delivery strategies.Establish program direction, delivery approach, governance, milestones, and integrated plans across business, functional, technical, data, integration, testing, and change workstreams.Guide the design and implementation of Oracle solutions, including Oracle Cloud, ERP, finance, supply chain, human capital, enterprise performance, or related technology capabilities, based on the engagement’s requirements.Lead teams of consulting professionals, solution architects, functional specialists, and delivery partners; assign responsibilities, develop talent, and foster a high-performing team culture.Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, resources, quality controls, and delivery economics; escalate matters appropriately and drive timely resolution.Oversee solution integration with the broader enterprise technology landscape, including data, interfaces, legacy applications, cloud platforms, and other packaged technologies.Coordinate with Oracle stakeholders and alliance teams, as appropriate, to support solution alignment, product direction, issue resolution, and successful client outcomes.
