Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary Responsible for all internal quality systems to ensure conformance of our parts to our customers' expectations. Roles and Responsibilities Manages Quality Inspection department including attendance, performance, wage reviews, and training. Oversees non-conforming product activities and documentation of all returns, scrap, and rework, and helps establish root cause. Strives to reduce scrap & rework, and eliminate customer returns, by developing and supporting in-house processes. Communicates with customers, as well as vendors, regarding quality issues before, during and after parts are produced and shipped. Management Representative for ISO 9001 conformance, internal auditing and oversees annual audit. #J-18808-Ljbffr
