Dietary Aide

Elite Rehabilitation and Care Center in Vestavia Hills is home to Independent residents as well as seniors needing short term or long-term nursing care. The leader of the team has been with the community over 11 years. As an RN Administrator, she brings her skill and passion to be an advocate for both residents and her staff to ensure a caring and rewarding environment. Duties Include:

• Provide assistance in all dietary functions as directed; Follow all safety policies and procedures; Report incidents, injuries, and hazardous conditions; Wear protective equipment as necessary; Prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations; Assure that food and supplies are readily available for each meal;
• Dispose of food and waster in accordance with established policies
• ; Assist in inventorying and storing in-coming food and supplies;
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties as necessary.
