Leasing Manager: Drive Occupancy & Resident Experience
Asset Living
Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property, partnering with the Community Manager to set occupancy goals and develop a strategic plan for achieving budgeted occupancy. You will lead the leasing team, ensure effective closing, manage tenant relations, assist with staff training, and contribute to annual marketing budgets.
