High School Physics Teacher - Contract Location: Arlington, NJ Required Qualifications:
- Certified High School Physics Teacher, Teacher of Physics Certification required.
- Experience with Special Education students.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle criticism and continuously improve teaching methods.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage classroom dynamics.
- Ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Design engaging and informative lessons that cover physics concepts, theories, and practical applications.
- Identify individual student needs, strengths, and weaknesses to tailor instruction effectively.
- Supervise and guide students during laboratory experiments and demonstrations.
- Create assessments (such as tests, quizzes, and projects) to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- Adapt to the dynamic nature of teaching and respond well to changes.
- Handle criticism, be open to feedback, and continuously improve teaching methods.
- Manage classroom dynamics and maintain a positive learning environment.
