Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to design, build, and lead scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform. This role requires strong hands-on development expertise, technical leadership, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.


The ideal candidate will act as a technical owner, mentoring developers, driving architectural decisions, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities


Technical Leadership & Architecture


Lead end-to-end Salesforce technical design and development, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Define and enforce Salesforce architecture standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
Serve as the technical authority for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
Mentor and guide Salesforce developers through code reviews, design discussions, and troubleshooting.
Development & Configuration


Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
Implement Salesforce configurations including Flows, Validation Rules, Security Model, and Declarative Automation.
Optimize system performance while respecting Salesforce governor limits.
Integrations & DevOps


Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party systems.
Drive CI/CD and DevOps best practices, including deployment automation and version control.
Support release planning, environment management, and deployment strategies.
Collaboration & Delivery


Translate business requirements into technical solution designs and implementation plans.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support end-to-end delivery from design to production.
Governance & Compliance


Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, compliance, and governance standards.
Support audits, system enhancements, and technical roadmap planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications


8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development.
Strong expertise in:
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Visualforce
Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Salesforce configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, Security Model)
Proven experience leading technical teams and owning solution delivery.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and governor limits.
Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, external systems).
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, and Git.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications


Salesforce certifications such as:
Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
Salesforce Architect certifications (Integration, Application, or System Architect)
Experience in large-scale or enterprise Salesforce implementations.
Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
Education


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
