Registered Nurse (RN) – Case Manager Irving, TX Overview Our hospice care team in Irving is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to provide comprehensive, compassionate care across facility and home settings. This full-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
