Heritage Care Center of Berkley is seeking an experienced, driven, and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator who sees challenges as opportunities. What You'll Do
As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the facility while creating a culture centered on quality care, accountability, teamwork, and resident dignity.
Responsibilities include:
Lead all day-to-day operations of the facility.
Build and develop an engaged, accountable leadership team.
Foster a positive culture focused on resident care and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Drive clinical quality, census growth, financial performance, and operational excellence.
Support residents, families, and staff through compassionate, visible leadership.
Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.
Lead change initiatives while creating stability and trust throughout the organization.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
Current Missouri Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license.
Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
Demonstrated success improving challenged operations or leading organizational turnaround efforts.
Experience working with behavioral health residents and managing complex resident populations.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Progressive leadership experience.
4 year's experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
Ability to remain calm under pressure while making confident, timely decisions.
High integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
A hands-on leadership style with the willingness to lead from the front.
