Assistant ManagerAt OneMain, Assistant Managers assist Branch Managers in creating a work environment that fosters the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing leadership and training for branch staff. Assistant Managers lead by example in providing personal loan solutions through underwriting decision making and collection activity. The Assistant Manager position serves as a developmental opportunity for future leadership roles within the branch network.In The RoleDeliver results related to individual and branch sales and collections goals as well as customer expectationsDevelop new relationships – and maintain existing relationships - working with customers throughout the loan process and loan life cyclePresent financial solutions, based on customer needs, that meet their goalsPresent customers with optional insurance products availableEducate customers on the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure a clear understandingLearn how to utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales toolsManage the life cycle of the loan, including closing loans, collections activities, complying with all laws and regulationsAssist in the training and coaching of Branch Team Members and provide interim leadership in Branch Manager absencesRequirementsHS Diploma/GEDProven experience in achieving established business goals and objectivesExperience in financial services or leadershipCurrent insurance licensure in state or ability to be licensed within 6 monthsPreferredBachelor's degree in business, finance or related fieldBilingual: SpanishLocation: On siteThe schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.A career with OneMain offers you the potential to earn an annual salary plus incentives.
