If you excel in a fast-paced environment, enjoy multi-tasking, and take pride in being the person who keeps everything on track, we want to meet you.Join a workplace where your contributions matter, your voice is valued, and your work directly supports life-changing outcomes for young adults and their families.ResponsibilitiesMaintain office equipment, including time clock kiosks, copiers, printers, and landlines.Manage petty cash, prepare reports, and maintain accurate, compliant accounting records.Monitor and reorder office supplies proactively to ensure the office remains fully stocked.Answer incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and timely assistance.Support event planning and management, collaborating with internal and external partners.Coordinate family session scheduling with the clinical team and communicate with outside vendors and contract labor.Promote a safe, collaborative work environment by supporting risk-assessment efforts and driving the transition from paper to digital documentation systems.Qualifications1 year of experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role required.
