The Asphalt Roller Operator plays a crucial role in road construction and maintenance by operating heavy roller equipment to compact asphalt surfaces. Working closely with a small team, typically consisting of 1-3 operators, this position supports site preparation and ensures smooth, durable pavements. Operators report directly to the Site Supervisor and may occasionally travel to multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt roller equipment efficiently and safely
• Prepare construction sites for asphalt paving
• Coordinate with team members to ensure project timelines are met
• Maintain equipment in good working condition
• Follow safety protocols and site guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in construction equipment operation
