Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Manager for a full-time, on-site position at The Drayton Hotel in Savannah, GA. In this role, the Front Office Manager will oversee daily front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities include managing the front desk team, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, handling reservations, and maintaining excellent customer service. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to enhance operational efficiency and enrich guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Office Administration and Front Office operations, with strong organizational skills Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a strong focus on delivering memorable guest experiences Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Previous hospitality experience in a management capacity preferred Familiarity with hotel management systems is a strong advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
