Responsibilities Act as the "+Host with the Most"—greet residents, make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect. Serve as a "+Peppy Prepper"—prepare tables, salads, and silverware so that meal service runs smoothly. Enforce cleanliness as a "+Titan of Tidiness"—buss tables, sweep floors, and contribute to a proud community environment. Act as an "+Appetite Anthropologist"—communicate with supervisors and Wellness staff when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, and when residents are absent from meals. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years of age. Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at least at an eighth‑grade proficiency level. Must have a positive and energetic attitude toward residents. Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day. Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds. Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall. Must be criminally cleared.
