RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking a Total Joint Arthroplasty Orthopedic Surgeon to join our growing orthopedic services across Northern New Jersey. The selected surgeon will focus on primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty, practicing within a well‑established orthopedic program that emphasizes clinical excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care. This role also offers opportunities to participate in education and clinical research, contributing to the continued growth and advancement of orthopedic services within the region.

Candidate Requirements

  • BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Arthroplasty preferred
  • New Jersey licensed or eligible for licensure
  • Interest in clinical research and quality outcomes
  • Prior teaching experience preferred

Pay Transparency

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $500,000 to $785,000 per year.
