Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor and document patient condition, vital signs, and response to treatment throughout the shift
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or a compact state license
• Current BLS certification
• Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing setting
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts including weekends and holidays as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a rehabilitation or acute care hospital environment
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
