Human Resources Analyst (HR Operations)

Role Overview The Human Resources Information Systems Analyst supports Dual Data Entry (DDE) operations to ensure alignment and synchronization between PeopleSoft and Workday. The role focuses on accurate dual entry of employee personal and HR data, reconciliation activities, and support for Dual System Process (DSP) integrations. What You Will Do Monitor automated integration reports and dashboards, identify and troubleshoot errors, and work closely with business owners to resolve issues. Perform dual data entry of HR transactions across PeopleSoft and Workday, and extract and transform data from source systems.
