Account Executive We are looking for high‑energy and independent sales professionals to be an integral part of a quickly growing sales team! As an Account Executive at Tekmetric, you’ll play a key role in driving new business growth and shaping the future of our customer relationships. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and demoing to negotiating and closing, while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure every customer finds value in our platform. Our Channel Partnerships Managers will work with some of the most established players in the automotive industry to form and strengthen partner relationships with Tekmetric. Customer Success Management Opportunities As a Mid‑Market Customer Success Manager (CSM), you’ll own relationships across a strategic book of 40–60 multi‑location automotive repair businesses, driving value realization, retention, and expansion. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth SaaS environment, balancing hands‑on account management with structured process development to help scale our Customer Success motion. As an SMB Customer Success Manager (CSM), you’ll play a key role in helping hundreds of automotive repair shops succeed with Tekmetric. Working as part of a pooled Customer Success team, you’ll deliver value through digital touchpoints, targeted outreach, and scalable programs that help customers achieve measurable business results. You’ll be the first line of connection for our customers — not just answering questions, but actively listening, learning, and guiding them to success. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and tracking strategic and operational programs to improve our Sales, Sales Development and Channel Partnership team’s ability to deliver on revenue & Customer health goals. Your main objective will be to optimize Sales, Sales Development and Channel Partnership processes, driving efficiency through automation and technology, and ensuring data integrity across systems. You will report directly to the VP of Revenue Operations and work closely with team members to define goals, strategies, and tactics, as well as implement scalable, repeatable processes. Our Sales Development Representatives will partner with our sales team to implement sales and pipeline‑building strategies. This role plays an integral part in driving the growth of our customer base and revenue through generating qualified leads. Tekmetric is seeking a strategic, results‑driven Senior Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of high‑impact events, including our flagship Tektonic industry conference, national tradeshows, and regional field events. In this role, you’ll shape event strategy, align cross‑functional stakeholders, manage budgets, and deliver unforgettable experiences that strengthen brand awareness, deepen customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. In this role, you lead our Customer Support department with the goal of driving successful outcomes and long‑term customer satisfaction. You know what it takes to provide world‑class customer support, and you can do all the above while keeping an eye on the KPIs and outcomes for your team (including response times, CSAT, NPS, and renewal rates). Tekmetric is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take part in the full development lifecycle, from ideation and brainstorming, to implementation and testing. You will build a strong relationship with Product and Design teams and ensure our vision and goals are aligned. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in web scraping, data processing, and search technologies to help build a large‑scale data ingestion and classification system. You will be responsible for extracting data from diverse sources (web pages, APIs, PDFs), cleaning and normalizing it, and building search capabilities using ElasticSearch/OpenSearch. You will work with Python, Scrapy, Airflow, Kubernetes, AWS, and Spark to create scalable, high‑performance data pipelines. As our Senior Visual Designer, you’ll help shape the next evolution of the Tekmetric brand, a fast‑growing SaaS company that feels more like a lifestyle brand than a traditional B2B player. You’ll bring our story to life across major initiatives such as Tektonic 2026 (our first industry‑wide user conference), the brand evolution of Tekmetric as an all‑in‑one platform, our always‑on content and campaigns, and our growing customer storytelling programs. This role offers creative freedom, visibility, and the chance to design for an audience that’s as real and grounded as it gets. We're looking for someone to design and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure that supports strong system performance and business growth. This role focuses on automation, monitoring, and ensuring high availability and disaster recovery. You'll collaborate closely with teams across engineering, product, and QA, while also providing mentorship and technical guidance to other team members. Advertising & Analytics These items are used to deliver advertising that is more relevant to you and your interests. They may also be used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Advertising networks usually place them with the website operator’s permission. These items help the website operator understand how its website performs, how visitors interact with the site, and whether there may be technical issues.
