Make a meaningful impact working with students during the 26/27 school year as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist. There are two exciting opportunities available: a full-time assignment for the entire academic year, and a part-time position (0.8 FTE) covering a maternity leave from August 19 to September 30. Both roles offer the chance to build relationships, make a difference, and hone your skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP license for Ohio
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience in a school-based SLP role strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes, speech/language assessments, and progress monitoring
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy and consultation services to students
• Conduct evaluations and assessments as part of eligibility and progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers
• Document services, maintain student records, and participate in meetings as needed
• Support students in achieving academic, emotional, and communication milestones
