Solo Drivers

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus
Qualified drivers can receive a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus through October 31, 2026 .
OTR Freight & Routes
A&I Express provides steady OTR freight with consistent lanes designed to keep drivers moving while minimizing unnecessary downtime.
The recruiting material lists routes throughout Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wyoming , with specific emphasis on CA, TX, AZ, WV, NE, VA, and OH routes.

Driver Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have a valid Class A CDL
- Have CDL-A driving experience
- Be at least 21 years old
