You'll care for patients requiring comprehensive rehabilitation after complex medical events—helping them prevent complications, restore function, and adapt to new challenges.You will:Deliver skilled, evidence-based nursing care using the full nursing processDevelop, update, and carry out individualized care plansMonitor, document, and report patient conditionsEducate patients and families using clear, effective teaching methodsCoordinate and delegate care to LPNs/LVNs and Nursing Aides/TechsServe as Charge Nurse when assignedRespond swiftly to emergencies (Code Blue, Rapid Response)Promote safety, infection control, and compliance with TJC & CMS standardsCollaborate closely with the full interdisciplinary teamThis role is ideal for nurses who value autonomy, teamwork, and meaningful patient relationships.What You'll NeedCurrent RN license (State of FL)Graduation from an accredited RN programBLS required; ACLS preferred (required for Charge Nurse roles)CRRN preferred1+ year of experience preferred (acute care a plus)Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skillsPhysical RequirementsThis position requires:Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and reachingVisual and auditory acuity for patient assessmentFine motor skills to operate equipment and documentation toolsOccasional exposure to bodily fluidsReady to Make a Difference?This is more than a job—it's a chance to help build a hospital culture from the ground up, serve your community, and advance your nursing career in a meaningful way.Apply today and become part of the ClearSky Health team in Lake City!
