What You’ll Do: Operate the dish machine with focus and care—plates, utensils, pans, and tools must be spotless and sanitized Stay ahead of demand by keeping a clean, steady flow of dishware moving to the line and the floor Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dish area throughout your shift Assist with trash removal, restocking clean items, and helping the team wherever needed Be proactive—help identify and prevent slowdowns or safety hazards Support team success with a positive, dependable, can-do attitude What We’re Looking For: Reliable and fast-paced worker with strong attention to detail Able to stay on your feet and handle physical work in a high-volume kitchen Self-motivated, clean, and organized—even when no one is watching Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever the team needs you Pride in being essential to a clean and successful kitchen operation You may not be out on the floor, but your work shines through every guest experience.
