Job Title: Emergency Medicine Physician

Must-Have:
- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
- Three years of Emergency Medicine experience if board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- ACLS and PALS certifications


Description:
Qualified candidates should be board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine.
Alternatively, candidates may be board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with three years of Emergency Medicine experience.
Candidates must possess ACLS and PALS certifications.
The annual patient visits are projected to be 19,000 per year, averaging 52 per day.
The facility includes 12 private patient care beds, a dedicated trauma room, and a dedicated pediatric treatment room.
Patients requiring admission will be transported to a main campus or other facilities, ensuring a seamless care handoff to intensivists, hospitalists, and specialists.
Site Directors will conduct phone interviews with potential locum providers to address any questions.
The need is for the equivalent of two full-time equivalents (FTEs).
Locum providers must demonstrate flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
Preference will be given to locum providers open to working at both main hospitals and affiliated facilities.
Main locations may consider shifts shorter than 12 hours, while affiliated facilities will require 12-hour shifts.
