Project Manager

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Miami, FL (Florida). Responsibilities: * Project Manager will develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies * Drive the deployment of a new Content Management System (CMS) for digital boards * Coordinate activities between internal technology teams, vendors, operations, and franchisees * Track risks, issues, action items, and project deliverables while ensuring deadlines are met * Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership * As a Project Manager, you will partner with franchise owners to gain buy-in and drive successful adoption of new technology * Communicate project expectations clearly and influence stakeholders through strong relationship-building skills * Coordinate testing, deployment, and rollout activities * Support change management efforts and ensure a smooth transition from the legacy platform * Potentially assist with additional technology initiatives, including Oracle Symphony POS deployments* 5+ years of Project Management experience leading technology implementations * Experience coordinating cross-functional teams * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment * Proven ability to create and execute detailed project plans * Ability to influence without direct authority * Experience working with external customers, franchisees, or distributed field organizations is highly desirable
