Internal Medicine Physician for AI Model Training

Join a leading AI lab in advancing healthcare by leveraging your expertise in Internal Medicine. This role involves designing clinical scenarios, evaluating AI model outputs against evidence-based standards, and influencing the future of AI in patient care.

• Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios based on your Internal Medicine practice, including diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, risk stratification, and guideline concordance.
• Write high-quality "golden" reference responses at attending-level standard.
• Grade AI-generated responses using structured rubrics.
• Provide written feedback to the research team to enhance model performance.
• Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions.

• Attending physicians: Must be board certified with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
• Resident physicians: Must be in the final year of residency (recent graduates must be board-eligible).
• Fellows: Must be board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty and possess a current active, unrestricted medical license.

• Remote, 100% asynchronous work environment.
• Default commitment of 20 hours per week, with potential for increase based on demand after onboarding.
• Paid weekly.
• Start date is rolling, following onboarding sign-off.
• Ongoing engagement, reviewed monthly.

Hourly rates range from $130 to $300, determined by seniority tier (early-career to senior attending). Your specific rate will be confirmed in your offer.

This position is open to IM attendings, hospitalists, IM subspecialists, final-year IM residents, and IM fellows.
