Location Virginia Beach, VA Work Shift Rotating Provider Specialty Hospital Medicine Overview FLEX DAY Rate: $160 FLEX NIGHT Rate: $174 Responsibilities Provide direct inpatient clinical care and manage medical problems of acutely ill, hospitalized adult, non‑surgical patients. Lead interdisciplinary team to improve efficiency and facilitate continuum of care from admission through discharge. Offer general adult medicine, internal medicine consults, critical care management, and manage patients with comorbidities. Carry out assigned duties with the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct, acting in the best interest of Sentara Medical Group and Sentara Healthcare. Qualifications Residency and board certification in the area of specialty. Board‑eligible physicians considered; certification must be obtained within 4 years of eligibility.
