TravelNurseSource is working with Medical Edge Recruitment to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Dyersville, Iowa, 52040!

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room/Med/Surg

Overview:
Join our dynamic emergency care team as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, where your skills will directly impact patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to work on critical cases, collaborate with dedicated healthcare professionals, and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. Your expertise will be essential in providing exceptional emergency care and support.

Required Skills:

• Valid Registered Nurse license
• Experience in Emergency Room and Med/Surg
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations efficiently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Competency in patient assessment and data documentation

Preferred Education and Experience:

• BSN or higher nursing degree
• Prior experience caring for MS (Multiple Sclerosis) patients in an ER setting

Other Requirements:

• Shift availability from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Every third Friday, Saturday, and Sunday working schedule
• Holiday rotation participation, including at least one holiday during the assignment
• 2 RNs will take care of MS patients and when an ED patient comes in, one of the RNs will move to the ER side.
