About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Franklin Restorative Care Center, you will be responsible for:
Providing direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatment plans
Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers of patients
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitoring and reporting patient progress to healthcare providers and family members
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
