Coater & Painter Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 to $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Prepare parts for coating through cleaning, blasting, masking, and material preparation. 
• Apply powder coating, wet paint, Cerakote, hydro-dip, and other finishes.
• Operate spray equipment, coating booths, and related systems.
• Inspect coated products to ensure quality, consistency, and proper coverage.
• Monitor coating thickness, paint flow, and finish quality.
• Load and unload parts onto fixtures and production equipment.
• Bake and cure coated products to specifications.
• Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot coating equipment.
• Follow quality control, safety, and production procedures.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material-handling equipment.
• Support production schedules and on-time customer deliveries.
• Maintain professional communication with coworkers, customers, and vendors.

Coater & Painter Qualifications:

• 2+ years of industrial painting, powder coating, or manufacturing experience preferred. 
• Knowledge of powder coating, industrial painting, and surface preparation techniques. 
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical and manufacturing knowledge.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
