Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-Surg Ortho, Med-Surg Adult, Med-Surg Peds Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 3 years in acute care License: Current RN or multi-state RN licensure Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Experience in Meditech is preferred - Ability to provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care Description: Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and be at the forefront of coordinating exceptional patient care for both adult and pediatric patients. Your expertise will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive care in a dynamic general Med-Surg unit. Collaborate with a skilled group of professionals to meet the unique needs of a diverse patient population. Utilize the innovative Nursing Process to make informed decisions in patient care. We prioritize holistic care, ensuring that each patient's age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs are met with compassion and proficiency. You will be accountable to the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor during your shift. Foster a collaborative and supportive environment focused on quality care delivery. Occasional pediatric patients may be admitted, but this is not a pediatric floor. We require all candidates to have at least 3 years of acute care experience. Flu shots are mandatory, with no exceptions. Reliable personal transportation is essential for commuting, as public transportation services are not available in the area. Candidates must secure their own housing prior to their start date.
