What You'll Do

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on records and clinical interviews
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Document all treatment and evaluation activities accurately in health records
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
• Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques in patient care
• Provide appropriate mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions
• Support inmates' mental health needs through compassionate care and crisis response

What You Need

• Valid LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license
• Prior experience in mental health therapy preferred
• Strong knowledge of counseling techniques and crisis intervention skills
• Ability to perform thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans
• Excellent documentation and confidentiality skills
