ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Business Insurance Sales Representative with Stephen Cole - State Farm Agent, you will focus on generating new business & nurturing existing customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include marketing to & meeting with prospective clients, conducting needs assessments, creating tailored insurance solutions, and keeping precise customer records. You'll collaborate closely with our team to ensure that customers receive top-notch service that fulfills their requirements.

COMPENSATION:

• Uncapped commission opportunity
• Draw against commission pay structure

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Market to companies and business owners in your assigned sales territory.
• Develop and maintain business insurance customer relationships.
• Assess business insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to business customers.
• Uncover financial service sales opportunities and forward to the appropriate team-member.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• You must live in Georgia for this role
• 3+ years of experience in business insurance sales.
• Negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products.
