Senior Manager, Central Probe Planning

Role Overview Work as a key local partner for TSE, SIG, Site IE, Global planning / Scenario, and central procurement teams to optimize capacity and capital requirements for the network. Supervise 3-5 supply chain and procurement professionals. Interface with internal and external stakeholders to outline resources required to support the business plan and identify actions to close gaps. Key Responsibilities Manage, audit, and validate Probe capacity models and systems to determine network capital requirements. Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate Probe capital and Probe Cards requests for tactical, strategic, and alternative manufacturing scenarios. Communicate capacity metrics and strategies to all relevant stakeholders, driving accountability and monitoring key performance indicators plan over plan. Drive planning for new product introductions. Analyze demand to ensure capacity is utilized efficiently, balancing capacity and resources to optimize product qualifications. Set strategic direction for modeling and optimize resources across manufacturing networks to ensure compliant execution of key activities impacting operations and revenue. Apply Operations Research techniques (Linear Programming, Queuing Theory, Statistical Analysis, Theory of Constraints). Use data analysis and statistical packages (JMP, MINITAB, R, Python, Tableau, PL, SQL). Use supply chain applications including SAP and Rapid Response. Participate in decision‑making processes with corporate strategic direction. Travel: up to 10% domestic and 20% international; may telecommute part‑time. Qualifications Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor planning or related occupation. Experience managing or validating capacity models and planning systems. Strong skills in Operations Research and data analysis. Proficiency with statistical software and supply chain applications.
