Assistant Manager

DESCRIPTION Position Summary The Assistant Restaurant Manager works closely with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead team members, and maintain a positive and productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing all front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.
- Lead, coach, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Help recruit, onboard, train, and develop restaurant staff.
- Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and health regulations.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and payroll-related tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering food, beverages, and supplies.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures and ensure operational readiness.
