Multiple New Jersey Locations
Full-Time | Permanent | $200,000-$400,000 Earning Potential
A well-established dental organization is seeking General Dentists for several full-time opportunities across New Jersey. These positions are ideal for dentists who value clinical autonomy, an established patient base, strong support staff, and the opportunity to grow their income while providing comprehensive general dentistry.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a broad range of dental conditions
- Perform comprehensive examinations and develop treatment plans
- Provide preventive, restorative, and general dental services
- Educate patients regarding oral health and treatment recommendations
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and support staff
- Maintain appropriate clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
- Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Active New Jersey dental license in good standing
- 1+ year of clinical experience preferred
- Some locations prefer 3-5 years of experience
- Ability to complete required insurance credentialing
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Commitment to quality patient care
Compensation
- $200,000-$400,000 annual earning potential
- Guaranteed compensation structure with additional production/collections -based earning potential
- Uncapped earning opportunity
