LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Travel RN – Stepdown (CVCU)

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Stepdown (SDU) experience
• Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact License
• ACLS required
• NIHSS required (facility may still review candidates without an active copy)
• Must be willing to float to Med/Surg or ER to care for CVCU/Med-Surg hold patients
• No block scheduling (flexibility required)

Unit Highlights:

• 33-bed Cardiovascular Care Unit
• 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Cares for STEMI/NSTEMI, CHF, post-cardiothoracic surgery patients, noninvasive ventilation, antiarrhythmic IV medications, and peripheral vascular cases.
