Let us help you make your next big career move a reality!What You Will Be Doing:You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and evaluating big data solutions across various functional and process content areas. Using data management best practices and innovative, fit-for-purpose technologies, you will build stable, flexible, and high-performing data platforms. Your goal is to reduce the lead time from initial data collection to actionable insight generation by assembling large, complex data sets—including text, time series, and imagery—into useful formats for advanced analysis.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain scalable big data pipelines and architectures. Assemble large, complex data sets (text, time series, imagery) to meet functional business requirements. Evaluate and implement fit-for-purpose database technologies to ensure high performance and stability. Implement data management best practices to ensure data integrity and platform flexibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the transition from data collection to insight generation. Optimize data platforms for speed, scalability, and reliability. Required Skills & Experience:Education: BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience. Experience: 4-6 years of dedicated experience in Big Data engineering or a related field. Data Handling: Proven ability to manage and format complex data types, including time series and imagery. Database Tech: Proficiency in various database technologies and data management best practices. Onsite Availability: Ability to work onsite at least 3 days per week (Hybrid). Desired Skills & Experience:Experience with cloud-based big data environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Familiarity with ETL/ELT pipeline automation and orchestration tools. Knowledge of advanced analytics and how data structures impact machine learning models. Pay: $53.90 – $77.00 /hr.We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
