Field Associate

Field Associate (Event Ground Protection) Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Field Associate to support heavy access and event flooring operations. The role involves general labor and functional support under the direction of Yard Foreman, General Foreman, or Profit Center Manager. Responsibilities Perform general labor and support for heavy access and event flooring businesses. Read and respond to customers and employees. Use MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) to manage communications and documentation. Apply basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in daily tasks. Qualifications and Experience Experience or training in repair of mechanical equipment. General mechanical aptitude. Capability for out‑of‑town and overnight travel, including weekends. Physical & Safety Requirements The position requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 25 pounds or more. Work may be performed indoors or outdoors under safety‑first culture. The employee must comply with all Sunbelt safety policies. Pay Base pay range: $17.75 – $21.57 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience.
