Practice Overview:
• EMR Platform: EPIC
• Practice Setting: Outpatient care at Longstreet Clinic, Baldwin, Georgia
• Care Team: Collaborative team of 2 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers
• Clinic Hours: Monday Thursday, 8:00 AM 5:30 PM, Fridays, 8:00 AM 1:00 PM
• Patient Population: Newborn-18
• On-Site Services: on site laboratory
• Support Staff: Experienced dedicated clinical and administrative staff
• Specialist Access: Convenient proximity to a wide range of specialists within the NGHS network
• Community: Located in a thriving, fast-growing, and family-friendly area
