Are you an experienced outbound phone professional who enjoys connecting with people, building trust, and helping them access valuable healthcare services? We're looking for a motivated Care Management Enrollment Specialist to join our growing team.

This is a high-volume outbound calling role . You will spend most of your day making outbound calls to eligible patients, educating them about our care management programs, overcoming objections, and enrolling qualified patients into services that improve their health and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to eligible patients each day.
• Explain the benefits of care management programs in a clear, engaging, and compassionate manner.
• Build rapport quickly and establish trust over the phone.
• Confidently address questions and overcome objections while maintaining a patient-focused approach.
• Successfully enroll eligible patients into care management programs.
• Accurately document all patient interactions in the CRM/EHR.
• Collaborate with nurses and care managers to ensure a seamless patient handoff.
• Consistently meet compliance, productivity, outreach, and enrollment goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent outbound calling experience is required. This may include outbound sales, patient enrollment, appointment setting, collections, retention, fundraising, or high-volume call center outreach.
• Comfortable spending the majority of the workday making outbound phone calls.
• Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated throughout the day.
• Experience meeting or exceeding performance metrics and goals.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to document conversations while speaking with patients.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare, patient outreach, care management, Medicare, or health plan experience.
• Customer service or sales experience in a call center environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) encouraged to apply
