Interior Designer

Powers Brown Architecture is looking to add an Interior Designer to its Houston office. The successful candidate will have great communication skills, experience interacting with clients and consultant teams. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to take a project from concept through construction and have experience producing contract documents in Revit. Ideal Candidate 5-8 years of experience in commercial interior design Proficiency in the use of Revit, Adobe Creative Cloud Strong organizational and communication skills Highly motivated and able to work both self-directed and in interdisciplinary teams in a fast paced and energetic environment Experience in selecting and developing finish schemes and design presentations Knowledge of contract furniture and workplace design is a must Responsibilities Design and presentation preparation Project drafting and documentation Specifying finishes, furniture and researching products Field verification Construction administration Benefits Health, vision, dental, disability insurance Flexible spending/HSA accounts PTO 401k with matching Work from anywhere days Employee emergency grants Paid family leave Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
