Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – IV Certified license issued by the Ohio Board of Nursing. Previous experience in hospital or clinical setting preferred. CPR – approved by the American Heart Association; classes provided by the hospital if needed. Basic computer skills; previous experience with EHR preferred (knowledge of Epic is a plus). Why HVCH?
